Do I have to create an account to order?

No, it’s not necessary. You can shop and check as visitors at a time.

However, by creating an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can register at this time or you can start buying first and create your account before you check the shopping cart page.

When will my order be processed?

All orders formed by 15:00 will be processed within 1 working days, except on weekends and public holidays. The time shown is based on Athens time (UTC + 3 hours).

How to create an account?

Click on the “registration” followed by “MyAccount” and fill in your personal information.

How long will it take to get my order?

The courier delivery schedule is about 2-3 working days for Greece and Bulgaria. For all international ships, the time required depends on our transport partners and their partners. Read more here.

How to order?

Buy the products you want and add them to your shopping cart. When you are done, you can go to the Cashier and check it out. Check and make sure all the information is correct before confirming your purchases and payments. You can read more about here .

How do I trace the status of my delivery?

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. You can check and monitor the delivery status of your orders with our local freight partner or simply enter the shipment number in the box you will see here.

There are problems adding products to my cart.

You’ll be able to add products while they’re available. There may be a case where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart, so the status of the items is reflected as “temporarily unavailable”.

What are the transport costs?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the country. Choose your product and place your order. On the market page, as charges are based on weight and location. Once you enter the delivery details, we will automatically calculate your shipping charges based on your address, without having to pay or sign up. More about shipping costs please back here.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept payments via PayPal and all major credit and debit cards, such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express. Also, you can pay by bank deposit for Greece and Bulgaria we also have cash on delivery cash on delivery. See the payment options here .

Can I change my shipping address after confirming my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot redirect orders when your order has been confirmed. So be sure to provide the correct shipping address.

A product is missing in my order, what should I do?

Sorry for sending out an incomplete order. Contact the customer service team here.
We will contact you as soon as possible.

I have a discount coupon, how can I use it?

Enter the coupon code in the Coupon Code field and click Add on the shopping cart page before checking. Please note that we cannot manually apply the coupon code to your order if you lose the key at checkout. Make sure all the information is correct before confirming your purchase.

I've received a defective object, what should I do?

Sorry if you received a defect from us. Contact our customer service team here with a screenshot of the product and we will get back to you as soon as possible .

I've received the wrong product, what should I do?

Sorry for sending an incorrect item. Contact the customer service team here and we will contact you as soon as possible.

I ordered the wrong product

We provide changes for wrong orders or by mistake from our customers. Just update our customer service here.
Shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

I didn't get my order, what should I do?

Please contact our customer service team if you have not received your parcel after the delivery time you can see on the shipping page and we will review it after your order.

When my order is delayed, who should I contact?

You can check the status of your order through the page “tracking your order” to find out why may be delayed. Alternatively, you can contact us from the contact page and we will help you further.
